There is a large garage door that will be open to connect the spaces. |

- Please describe your work. If you sell a product, explain what parts you make yourself and a bit about your process. If you sell a service or vintage items, describe your service or what parts of your business you curate.
- How do your products relate to coffee or books? We will accept a limited number of vendors who sell items not directly related to the theme.
- I certify that my work is not "Buy-Sell" or Production work and completely made by me. While we do allow some customized pre-made items, we will give priority to vendors who create all their own products, designs, ect. We do not accept any direct sales companies.
- Provide your social media handles or links.
- Please refer to the attached map of The Firehouse locations before you choose which spot you would like to apply for. The indoor area has a large garage-style door that opens onto the patio, and the patio flows directly into the grass area.
- I understand that I will provide my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc. as needed for the type of space I have applied for (details under the "Prices" category).
- Food vendors *only*: Our venue requires proof of insurance for each business selling food.
- We will contact you via the email address you submit above. Please ensure it is correct and please check and read your emails from us.
- This event will be "rain-or-shine". In the case of extreme weather, The Firehouse will allow us to utilize the upstairs area to accomodate the outdoor vendors either inside or on the covered deck. In that case, I will be in contact with you via email. Please be aware of the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
- If you are an outdoor (patio or grass) vendor, you ackowledge that tent weights are required (NOT stakes). We recommend 40 lbs per leg.
- Applications are open until June 21, 2025. Within one week after that date, acceptance emails will be sent and your card will be charged. The credit card you submit here will be charged upon approval to the market. Ensure that your card information is correct.
- I agree to arrive on time and remain at the market for the entirety of the event. I understand that leaving early could affect my acceptance to future markets.
- I understand that my fee is non-refundable once my application is accepted after June 21, 2025. If you need to retract your application before then, please contact us.
- By signing your name, you agree to our terms and conditions. I understand that my fee is nonrefundable. I agree to not adhere anything to the walls of The Firehouse.
