About the event

Harvest Festival will have a limited number of booth spaces available to artists, crafters and food vendors! This is a fantastic event dedicated to supporting local creators, music and wine! If you would like to participate in this event, we invite you to apply online. We will process applications as quickly as possible as the market is approaching soon! â€‹ We hope to have wood crafters, painters, jewelry makers, potters, quilt makers and all other types of artist/crafts people. The owners of the winery are lovers of all things hand crafted and hope to host you! â€‹ We will also accept a variety of food vendors. Each category of food will be limited to one vendor, so apply soon to get your spot! â€‹ Booth spaces are only $125 each. â€‹ Questions? Contact the coordinator at 859-202-0709. Terms & Conditions

Vendor Terms & Conditions for the Wildside Winery Harvest Festival

By applying to be a vendor at the Wildside Winery Harvest Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Details
Dates: Saturday, October 4th (12 PM - 7 PM) & Sunday, October 5th (12 PM - 5 PM)
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY
Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.
Teardown: Vendors may begin teardown at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Early teardown is not permitted.

Vendor Guidelines

Vendor Space:

Spaces will be designated by Wildside Winery.
Upon arrival, vendors may choose their space from available options.

Provided Equipment:

Wildside Winery does not provide tables, chairs, or tents. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup.

Setup & Clean-Up:

Vendors must maintain a clean and organized space throughout the event.
All trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.

Application & Fees
Any solicitations outside this platform are fraudulent and should be reported.

Prohibited Activities
Vendors are prohibited from selling illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items deemed unsuitable for the event.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Thank you for helping us create a memorable Harvest Festival!
