Coming Out of Hibernation

An annual event celebrating the arrival of spring and the end of
hibernation. It features a variety of craft and food vendors, local non-profits, and businesses as well as numerous activities for children and their families. 

Expected attendance is between 3,000 and 5,000 community members from Boyertown and surrounding neighborhoods.

“Rain” Date – Sunday April 13th from 11am-4pm

Refunds will not be given if you cannot make

the scheduled rain date.

Businesses are required to provide a game, activity or craft for children to participate in during the event. 
All vendor fees are forfeited if you do not participate.

• All vendor spaces are 15x15.
• You must be set up and ready to sell by the start time of the event (11am).
• All vehicles must be removed at least 30 minutes before the start time (10:30 am).
• Parking is available in the Town Center Parking Lot as well as several other lots throughout town. Off-street parking is also available and parking restrictions will be lifted for the day.
• You will need to supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• All canopies, tents, and pop-ups must be secured and weighed down regardless of the forecasted weather.
• Please do not block walkways when setting up and tearing down.
• Electricity will not be provided. 
• You must stay for the entire event even if you sell out. 
• All trash must be cleaned up from your area upon leaving. Please do not leave empty boxes or packaging from your products.
