Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Strawberry Festival! This exciting annual event celebrates community, creativity, and the sweetness of summer, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your products, services, or creations to thousands of attendees.

Please carefully review the information below before submitting your application:

Before applying for your space at the Shiawassee Strawberry Festival  , please be aware of additional vending requirements:

1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using the advertisement given and email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc.

2. Vendors will be required to stay both days and leave at close sales at 4:00pm and no sooner, each day!!

3. We request that  all vendors be on time and courteous to all other vendors. Space is limited and vendors selected to be featured will receive an email, or text notification to officially assign them their space at this year's event.

4. If you are a commercial vendor it is required for only one vendor per commercial product company. ( example, 1 papparrazi, 1 avon etc)

By signing you agree that your Donation will be for the Strawberry Festival and the Eventz 4 Change Inc Youth Entreprenuership. 

By participating in any Eventz 4 Change Inc. event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Guidelines
Mission Alignment: All participants, including vendors, exhibitors, and attendees, must respect the mission and values of Eventz 4 Change Inc., which focuses on empowering youth entrepreneurs and fostering community engagement.
Registration: Participation is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of any applicable fees.
Cancellations: Eventz 4 Change reserves the right to cancel or modify event details as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
Vendor and Exhibitor Policies
Setup and Teardown: Vendors must adhere to the setup and teardown times provided. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval.
Product Guidelines: All items displayed or sold must be approved prior to the event and align with the event’s purpose and family-friendly nature.
Space Allocation: Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed but will be allocated to ensure a fair layout.
Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their assigned area and disposing of trash properly.
Payment and Refunds
Fee Policy: Participation fees are non-refundable unless Eventz 4 Change cancels the event.
Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid by the specified deadline. Non-payment may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Liability and Conduct
Liability Waiver: Eventz 4 Change Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Vendors and attendees participate at their own risk.
Behavior Expectations: All participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the event.
Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Marketing and Media
Photography and Promotion: By participating, you grant Eventz 4 Change Inc. permission to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Use of Branding: Eventz 4 Change Inc. branding, including logos, may not be used without prior written consent.
Compliance
Local Laws and Regulations: All participants must comply with local laws, permits, and tax requirements applicable to the event and their operations.
Force Majeure: Eventz 4 Change Inc. is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
