2. Vendor Registration
Vendors must complete the registration process and submit full payment by the deadline provided.
Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
All items to be sold or displayed must be listed during registration for approval.
3. Booth Setup and Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, and displays. This is an indoor event, no tents are needed.
This is an indoor event, generators will not be permitted. Power may not be guaranteed at this event.
Power access is not guaranteed. If required, requests must be made during registration, and vendors must supply their own extension cords and adapters.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Items
All products and services must align with the family-friendly nature of the event.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:Weapons or replicas
Items promoting hate speech, violence, or offensive language
Unlicensed or counterfeit goods
5. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
Booth areas must be kept clean and free of trash or debris during and after the event.
Trash and waste must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
6. Insurance and Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance to cover their booth and products.
Butler University and Indy Juneteenth are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs at the vendor’s booth or during the event.
7. Payment and Fees
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Indy Juneteenth.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
8. Event Modifications or Cancellation
Indy Juneteenth reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or public health emergencies.
Vendors will be notified promptly of any changes.
9. Photography and Media Release
By participating in the event, vendors consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Indy Juneteenth reserves the right to use images and videos from the event in future marketing materials.
10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including regulations related to sales, permits, and licenses.
