2. Vendor Registration
- Vendors must complete the registration process and submit full payment by the deadline provided.
- Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
- All items to be sold or displayed must be listed during registration for approval.

3. Booth Setup and Equipment
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, and displays.
- All tents must be secured with weights (minimum 40 lbs. per leg); staking is not permitted.
- Power and water access are not guaranteed. If required, requests must be made during registration, and vendors must supply their own extension cords and adapters.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Items
- All products and services must align with the family-friendly nature of the event.
- Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Weapons or replicas
- Items promoting hate speech, violence, or offensive language
- Unlicensed or counterfeit goods

- Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
- Booth areas must be kept clean and free of trash or debris during and after the event.
- Trash and waste must be disposed of in designated receptacles.

- Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance to cover their booth and products.
- Indy Juneteenth is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs at the vendor’s booth or during the event.

- All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Indy Juneteenth.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
