Vendor Application

Welcome to the Very Sexy Valentine’s Pop-Up Shop! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all:
 • Vendor Restrictions:
 • No Food Vendors: Only dessert vendors will be accepted.
 • One Vendor Per Category: To maintain variety and exclusivity, we will only accept one vendor per category (e.g., clothing, candles, flowers, art, etc.). Duplicate vendors will not be allowed.
 • Parking Information: Free on-site parking is available for vendors and attendees. Please follow signage and parking attendants for designated areas.
 • Set-Up & Break-Down Details:
 • Set-Up: Begins at 10:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 11:30 AM to ensure readiness for the event.
 • Break-Down: Begins at 4:00 PM. Vendors are required to leave their space clean and remove all items before departure.
 • Event Details: This is a brunch-style event with food, drinks, and hookah available for purchase throughout the day, creating the perfect vibe for Valentine’s shopping and celebration.

1. Vendor Exclusivity
 • Only one vendor per category will be accepted (e.g., clothing, candles, flowers, art, etc.). Duplicate vendors will not be allowed.
 2. Payment
 • Vendor fees are non-refundable and required to secure your spot.
 3. Set-Up and Break-Down
 • Set-up begins at 10:00 AM and must be completed by 11:30 AM.
 • Break-down starts at 4:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted.
 • Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris.
 4. Parking
 • Free parking is available on-site. Vendors must use designated parking areas.
 5. Event Protocol
 • This is a brunch event, and food, drinks, and hookah will be provided by the organizers.
 • Only dessert vendors are permitted; no other food vendors will be accepted.
 6. Liability
 • Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise and displays.
 • The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items or any accidents during the event.
 7. Cancellation
 • The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
