Event: Rock Your Wellness Event

Crafts Price Levels: (All are Tax-deductible donation)
These levels are designed in mind for sales on the day of the event. Each level has an upfront cost plus donation of total sales the day of. This is based off honesty
Full Price: $175 (no donation, you keep all sales money)
Level 1: $100 plus 10% of sales donation
Level 2: $75 plus 25% of sales donation
Level 3: $50 plus 50% of sales donation
Included: Space for a 6 or 8 foot craft vendor space at the Rock Your Wellness Event 2/22/2025
Upfront cost payable here: via credit card
Due: Immediately after Approval
Percent of sales donation: due day of event
This is a health, wellness AND craft event, please make sure your vendor booth aligns with that before you sign up.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following:
- Arrive by 9:00am at The Village (to set up)
- Clean up your space and vacate the area by 4:00PM
- You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs and anything else you need for your space
- Donate one or more item(s) for the drawing (and give it to the Rock Your Wellness Committee by February 14th)
- Market the event through your contacts and previous customers (flyer to follow)
- Post on Social Media weekly up to the week of the event
- Post on Social Media daily the week of the event (Feb 14-22)
Attendance for the event is determined by the amount of awareness we ALL bring.

Timeline:
We will alert you that you have been selected as a vendor within 7-10 days once we receive the application. Please make sure you block 2.22.25 date off on your calendar, so that you do not double book yourself. ;-)
We will only be accepting applications till Feb 14th as we need time to layout vendors, create passport and market. The sooner you sign up the more exposure you will get as a vendor.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Non-refundable vendor donation if selected. We do not guarantee any sales of crafts or items. Yes, you can sell at your booth, that is why we charge a nonrefundable vendor donation.
BONUS: The vendor donation is tax deductible to the extent of the law, as it is going back to 2 nonprofit organizations.
We will market this event as much as possible, however we ask as a vendor you market to your network too. The more people that know, the more people will show up. We will not be responsible for the amount of people that do or do not show up.
You waive all liability to Rock Your Wellness and the 2 nonprofits: You Are Not Alone Mom 2 Mom (YANA) and Make Mental Health Matter (MMHM) for any incidentals, damage or theft at the event
You are responsible for acquiring any permits for your business. This includes a special event tax permit if you will be selling items.
We are not liable for any injuries, loss or damage of self or property, this is why we ask you to have your own vendor insurance that covers these things.
This is indoors with potential narrow space, NO canopies.
