JUNETEENTH Artisan/Retailer Vendor

The City of Lawrenceville is celebrating black art and culture at the 2025 Juneteenth Concert featuring live music on the Lawrenceville Lawn on Friday, June 13th from 5PM-10PM. (please note, load in will take place before 5 PM) 

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ 

Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. This application is for a 10x10 space. If you need additional space fees will apply. 

This event will not have access to power.

The City of Lawrenceville's events are always full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event, you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we cannot adjust your placement during the event. 

 Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival.

The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.   Electricity will not be provided for this event.
