Juneteenth Concert Food Vendor Application

This application is for  Food vendors who would like to attend the June 13th Live in the DTL concert.  All concerts happen on a Friday night with showtime starting at 8pm. Please keep in mind that load-in will occur prior to 5:00 pm.
If you would like to participate in our event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators. Venue will not have any available power. If you would like to participate in the event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/

Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)

We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.

Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.


The City of Lawrenceville's events are always full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event, you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure all circumstances during an event, as we will not be able to adjust your placement during the event.

The Event Coordinators decide on vendor placement before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the event day but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival.

The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
