Enchanted Beginnings Vendor

we are hosting  a unique metaphysical fair designed to help our community start the New Year on the right path—spiritually, energetically, and mindfully.

We are seeking a small group of talented and inspiring vendors to join us for this magical event.

Event Details:

Event Name:   "Enchanted Beginnings, A mystical Fair for the New Year! 
Date & Time: January 17th (2pm-8pm), 18th (10am - 5pm) and 19th (10am-2pm)
Location: Building 118, located at 118 N Main Street, Liberty, MO (Home of the Artisan Market, KC Blooms and All About Tie Dye)
Vendor Spaces Available: 12-15 curated spots for readers, healers, artisans, and product-based vendors
We’re looking for a diverse group, including:

Tarot readers, psychics, and astrologers
Reiki and energy healers
Crystals, gemstones, and metaphysical tools
Aromatherapy, candles, and handmade mystical goods
Spiritual artwork, jewelry, and apothecary items
Vendor Fee: $75 for all three days
What You’ll Get:

A 6’ x 6’ space (table/chairs provided on a first come first served basis)

Two private rooms for practioners that may be availabe day to day with prior approval.
Promotion of your business through our social media, website, and event materials
Opportunities to connect with a like-minded audience looking to begin their year with intention and inspiration

If you’re interested in joining us, please apply by December 31st to reserve your space. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

All vendors must be open for the entire event. January 17th (2pm-8pm), 18th (10am - 5pm) and 19th (10am-2pm)

There are two private rooms for practitioners that may be available day to day with prior approval.

All vendors must be setup by 1:30pm on Friday January 17th.

Set-up begins at 10am Friday 1/17/25
