Vendor

We are looking for vendors to join us by participating in the 25th Annual Father Daughter Dance, presented by Extreme Cheer & Tumble on January 31st and February 1st. Step into “Our Father-Daughter Era” for a night filled with twirls, timeless photos, and memories that will last forever.

NO REFUNDS- NO EXCEPTIONS

• Vendor must be available for both nights

• Vendor may arrive as early as 4:00 p.m., but no later than 5:00 p.m. to set up
• Access to set up earlier may be allowed with approval from the City.

• Vendor will be set up no later than 5:45 pm each night• Vendor will set up in the designated area with guidance from City of Temple event staff along with leaving the work area in the same condition as they found it.
• Payments may be made over the phone with a Credit Card or in case on the night of the event. 
• Approved vendors may not subcontract their Vendor space.
• Early tear-down will result in a $25 charge & will be noted for future events

I hereby submit this application to become a vendor at the Father Daughter Dance. The vendor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth herein and such other rules as may be established or amended by the City of Temple. The vendor will sell only those items or conduct those activities that have been specifically approved in writing. 
Furthermore, Vendor hereby releases, forever discharges and holds harmless the City of Temple from 
any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damages, theft, injury, or accident from activities 
conducted in preparation for, during, and immediately following the event or the use of city premises. It 
is further agreed that the Vendor shall maintain his/her space, merchandise, activities, and business 
practices in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Booth 
operators understand that violation of or non-compliance with this release or any rule, regulation, law, 
ordinance or decree may result in immediate expulsion of the Vendor and his/her exhibit from the event 
without a refund of any applicable fees paid. Booth operators are responsible for all booth setup and 
take down of merchandise and displays. Furthermore, the Vendor has read and agrees to adhere to the 
Vendor Rules & Regulations and requirements are included in this application and understand that there 
are no refunds once payment has been processed.
