Lilburchaun Activity Application

This application is for any activity vendor (face painting, kid's game, etc)  that would like to have a 10x10 space at the Lilburchaun event on Saturday March 8th. There is limited space for this event. All exhibitors are asked to provide a themed St. Patrick's Day activity at their booth, think green. The booth space is $35.00 and will be charged upon approval. The event is March 8th in Lilburn City Park from  10am-2pm.  Be sure to answer all questions and upload all requested information in order to be considered.
The vendor fee will be charged upon approval and you must have a valid credit card on file.  If your card is declined your application will be rejected.
This is an electronic agreement. When applying to be a vendor for this event you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
The event is Saturday March 8, 2025  10am- 2pm in Lilburn City Park.

1. There is a $35.00 booth fee that will be charged to your card on file upon approval.

2. Please have your booth set up and ready no later than 9:30am. You will receive an email closer to the event date with your load in time and instructions.

3. No vehicles are allowed in the park so you will need to unload in the parking lot and walk items to your booth space.

4. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, set up, and personal belongings. The City of Lilburn assumes no liability for theft or loss of any type.5. No flyers, canvassing, or vending may be done by strolling through the event.

6. You can bring a banner and walk in the parade around the field.

7. Vendors cannot sell food or drinks of any kind.

8. No electricity or water available to booths for this event.

9. Booth space may not be shared by multiple vendors.

10. Your booth fee is nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled by the City of Lilburn.11. Submission of this application does not guarantee a booth space.

12. You will be notified via email as to your application status.

13. Application must be complete in order to be considered for a booth space. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

14. No amplified sound of any kind will be permitted.

15. All vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables, chairs.

16. Tents must be weighted down on each leg for safety purposes. No Stakes.

17. Please follow all current COVID-19 guidelines with regards to outdoor events. www.cdc.gov

18. The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By signing this electronic agreement and checking the box on the application the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
