Lilburchaun Food Vendor Application

This application is for food vendors; trucks, trailers and tent set-ups will all be considered.  Be sure to answer all questions and upload all requested information in order to be considered. Food vendor fee will be charged upon approval, and you must have a valid credit card on file.  If your card is declined your application will be rejected. This is an electronic agreement, and you are applying to be a vendor for Lilburchaun 2025!, which will be held Saturday, March 8th from10am-2pm pm in Lilburn City Park.

• Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
• The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
• If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck/food vendor unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
• No-show vendors will be dropped from the event with no refund.
• Vendors should arrive at their scheduled time assigned by the Event Coordinator.
• Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park
• You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
• All events are outside rain or shine.

• The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By signing this electronic agreement and checking the box on the application the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
