About the application

Be a part of our 2nd Collectorfest in the Sarasota area. The venue is about 10,000 sq ft. and includes all 8ft tables. It's a beautiful building right downtown in front of a waterfront park. Keep in mind we limit certain items like Funko at our events so please include pictures and a detailed list of items you plan to bring to the event. You space includes:Table, Chairs, and space behind your table. (8ft Tables) Setup Times: TBD Showtimes: 10-5pm Saturday, 10-4 Sunday

SARASOTA COLLECTORFEST IS HERE! We are BACK in the Sarasota area inside the beautiful Hall of Justice from Superfriends - (lol: Municipal Auditorium ) 2 DAYS of AWESOMENESS! 10,000 sq ft of TOYS, GAMES, COMICS, DIE-CAST, & MORE! **Free ** PARKING! **Free** HOT WHEELS for Kids under 12 ** SPECIAL GUESTS: TBA ** What to expect: Vintage & Modern Toys, Hot Wheels, Retro Gaming, Comics, Artwork & More Pop Culture Goodness! We will have giveaways, raffles, and more. 70+ Tables of LOTS OF COOL STUFF! Doors Open at 9am! (early bird pricing) Cost & Show Times: Saturday: $15 Sunday: $10 All Kids under 12 FREE Kids under 12 get FREE Hot Wheels or other giveaway toys Toys: Lots of different toy lines covered from vintage to modern. Hot Wheels, GI-JOE, Funko, Star Wars, Godzilla, Transformers, Ghostbusters, and more. Plus we will have Girls toys like My Little Pony, Fisher Price, Barbie, and Strawberry Shortcake are here too. Retro Gaming: You can expect to see vendors with vintage and modern Atari, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Genesis and more. We have a great mix of vendors bringing retro games Comics: We will have several comic vendors with graded and raw books to check out. Artists: We will have some special invited guest artists at the show this year.

Terms & Conditions: Reservation of Tables: Your table is reserved once you are approved and paid. Refunds & Cancellations: You can cancel up to 14 days out from the show and still receive a refund. We do not provide refunds within 14 days of the show. Arrival Times / Table Forfeit: Your space is subject to forfeit if you do not show up to the event within 30 minutes of the show opening. Vendor Closing Expectations: Vendors are expected to be setup for the ENTIRE event. (Both Days). Vendors can pack-up within 30 min of show closing on Sunday. Please do not apply if you cannot setup both days OR contact us first so we can make special arrangements.
