• Indemnification- Myself and my business, in conjunction with the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce. agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Troy, Ohio, and their respective employees, directors, officials, officers, agents, volunteers and other persons acting in their behalf against all claims, actions, suits, causes of action, or demands arising from or flowing from acts or omissions of my business, its employees, directors, officials, agents, volunteers and other persons acting in its behalf. This agreement supersedes any previous indemnification agreement(s), whether written or oral, in connection with this event.
• Application Acknowledgement- Application Acknowledgement - I have read and accept the policies and guidelines set forth in the 2025 Troy Strawberry Festival CombinedRules and Regulations. I understand that my participation in the Troy Strawberry Festival is voluntary and is contingent on my compliance with the policies and guidelines and I agree to abide by them at all times. My signature below and submission of this application, indicates that I am duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my business.

• Minimum pictures required: 5
• - Vendors are required to provide proof that items sold are handmade. - Provide a minimum of 5 photos of your product(s) you with to sell - Proof of your product(s) being made - Photos of your booth set up. *The Troy Strawberry Festival / Troy Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request photos from any and all submissions. Photos requests must be completed within 30 days of the request.
