Vendor Participation
Vendor agrees to participate in the above-named event and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Vendors are expected to remain at their designated booths for the duration of the event unless one of the following occurs:
Product Sell-Out: If the vendor’s inventory is completely sold out, they may pack up and leave, provided they notify a representative of North Atlanta Events prior to departure.
Emergency: In the event of an emergency requiring the vendor to leave early,they must immediately inform a North Atlanta Events team member before departing the premises.
Booth Space and Setup
VENDORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLES & CHAIRS
Vendors shall be responsible for ALL setup and tear down of their booth.

Vendor shall NOT extend their display beyond the allocated space without prior approval.
Fees and Payment
The Vendor agrees to pay a booth fee to the Organizer.
Payment must be made in full
Refunds: Booth fees are non-refundable
Compliance with Laws
Vendors shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits applicable to their participation in the event.
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits required to sell their products or services.
Liability and Insurance
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property during the event.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its staff, and representatives from any claims arising out of Vendor’s participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Prohibited Items and Activities
The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of items deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Vendors shall not use open flames, hazardous materials, or other restricted items without prior written consent.
Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove the Vendor from the event for failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellation or disruption of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Organizer and the Vendor and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
