- Are you a returning vendor?
- Products- Each vendor is allowed to sell five (5) food and drink products. One of the five (5) items must be a strawberry item. (Pepsi is not included in your five (5) products. You MUST indicate ALL items that you plan to sell. These are the only items that can be sold Festival weekend. Any changes will need to be submitted to the Festival Committee. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SELL AT LEAST ONE (1) STRAWBERRY ITEM
- Provide any menu items not listed above (strawberry items, ect.)
- Type of Space Request- You MUST request and pay for all spaces that your set up requires (i.e. outdoor prep, grilling, cooking etc.) Please note that due to the nature of an outdoor festival, some spaces may be slightly smaller or larger due to geographic space. Each non-profit/ commercial vendor is limited to one (1) profit-making booth area or service of no more than three (3) booth spaces.
- If you are operating out of a Trailer or Food Truck please provide the electrical specs and the type of electrical connection it has.

- Food Preparation- Specify ALL methods of cooking required to prepare your products.
- Electrical Needs- Please list the appliances that require electricity, including VOLTAGE/AMPS/WATTS. If you cannot provide electrical specification, please provide the BRAND & MODEL information. It is your responsiblity to provide the committee and City staff with as much information about your electrical needs as possible. The VENDOR is required to provide the appropriate electrical hookups.

- Indemnification- Myself and my business, in conjunction with the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce. agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Troy, Ohio, and their respective employees, directors, officials, officers, agents, volunteers and other persons acting in their behalf against all claims, actions, suits, causes of action, or demands arising from or flowing from acts or omissions of my business, its employees, directors, officials, agents, volunteers and other persons acting in its behalf. This agreement supersedes any previous indemnification agreement(s), whether written or oral, in connection with this event.
- Application Acknowledgement - I have read and accept the policies and guidelines set forth in the 2025 Troy Strawberry Festival CombinedRules and Regulations. I understand that my participation in the Troy Strawberry Festival is voluntary and is contingent on my compliance with the policies and guidelines and I agree to abide by them at all times. My signature below and submission of this application, indicates that I am duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my business.
