ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE A PERMANENTLY PERMITTED MOBILE FOOD UNIT TO BE CONSIDERED. SITUATIONAL PERMITS & TFEs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Greensboro Pride cannot provide or guarantee electricity to any vendors. If your business requires electricity, please plan on providing your own. Water and wastewater disposal will NOT BE AVAILABLE for this event.
FOOD TRUCKS MUST BE UNHITCHED FROM THE TOWING VEHICLE AND PARKED ELSEWHERE. REMAINING VEHICLES ATTACHED TO A FOOD TRAILER WILL BE CHARGED FOR 2 SPACES.
Clean-Up Responsibility
Vendors must leave their booth space clean at the end of the festival. Trash, debris, or other materials left behind will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Greensboro Pride Staff will choose which food vendors to accept in 2025. Decisions will be made based on the type of food vendor to maintain a variety of options for our guests. All vendors meeting the above criteria will be considered for our limited food truck spaces.
Terms and Conditions for Greensboro Pride Festival
Application Submission
Please ensure you submit your application through the correct portal. Submissions sent to the wrong portal will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed. By submitting your application, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed below. These terms are non-negotiable and can only be modified with prior written approval from IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the following actions:
- Immediate termination of your vendor agreement.
- A requirement to cease operations and leave the festival premises upon notice of violation.
- Forfeiture of any fees paid.
Application Review Process
All vendor applications are carefully reviewed by our team, typically on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email notification if your application is approved. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors offering similar products or services and may approve or deny applications at our discretion.
Payment Policy
Once your application is approved, payment is due in full to secure your vendor space. Payments must be made within 30 days of your approval notice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the voiding of your application.
Refund Policy
Vendor application fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for refund requests submitted in writing by August 20. Approved refunds will incur a $75 processing fee. No refund requests will be processed after this date.
Permits, Licenses, and Insurance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by the City of Greensboro, Guilford County, or the State of North Carolina.
Sales Tax
Vendors selling merchandise or services subject to North Carolina sales tax are solely responsible for collecting and remitting this tax.
Vendor Space and Activity Rules
- Vendors may distribute literature or products only within their assigned booth space.
- Each booth space is 10’ x 10’. Additional spaces can be purchased, but all vendor activities must remain within the allocated area.
- Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and tents. Proper tent weights are required. Vendors without weights will be asked to remove their tents.
Booth Assignments
Booth placement is determined solely by IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride, and while we consider requests, specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
Booth Sharing and Transfers
Booth spaces are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or shared without prior written approval from IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride.
Electricity and Tents
Electricity is not provided. Personal tents must adhere to safety guidelines, including proper weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg) per Greensboro Fire Code. Stakes and unauthorized anchoring methods are prohibited.
Food and Beverage Sales
Only approved food vendors may sell food. Beverage sales require written approval from IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride.
Restricted Materials and Behavior
- Vendors may not display or sell illegal or counterfeit items.
- Offensive or inappropriate materials must be removed upon request.
- Vendors must not engage in any behavior or activity that conflicts with the mission, values, or purpose of IMPAQT GSO or Greensboro Pride. Violators will be removed from the event.
Liability and Losses
IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride is not responsible for theft, damage, or losses incurred during the event. Vendors accept full liability for their property.
Parking and Attendance
Parking is not provided, and vehicles parked illegally or left onsite after designated times may be towed. Attendance numbers are not guaranteed.
Rain or Shine
The festival will proceed rain or shine. Vendors should prepare for all weather conditions.
Force Majeure and Hold Harmless
IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro Pride cannot control external events or factors that may disrupt the festival (e.g., protests, weather, local authority actions). Vendors agree to hold IMPAQT GSO/Greensboro harmless for any losses resulting from these events.
COVID-19 Guidelines
We will comply with any updates or requirements from local or federal authorities. Event components are subject to change as necessary.
