Non- Boynton Beach Food Vendors

Please fill out the application in its entirety:

1. Name of Business
2. Address
3. Amount of team members to be present
4. Type of business
5. Attach a copy of your business' Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
6. Applicable Payment Method

VENDOR FEE:

Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card.
A credit card is required to submit the vendor application, even if you are not paying with a credit card.
Cash is only accepted in-person.
Payment via credit card is an option but will have a 5.9% + $.30 processing fee. 
If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged only after the application has been approved. 
If you are NOT paying with a Credit Card, your Credit Card WILL NOT be charged after the application has been approved.
Deliver or mail checks and money orders (Make out to City of Boynton Beach) to the below address.
