Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for NerdVana Expo!

This application will have different questions depending on if you’re an artist/craft, a reseller, and or a storefront owner.

Please take the time to read through it fully and reach out with any questions you may have.

If your application doesn’t get approved, it will be placed on a waitlist. As we would love to accept everybody, it’s not humanly possible, unfortunately. We will keep up with who all has applied and reach back out so we can keep rotating vendors to make things fresh for future events.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the tables and extra options, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

If your application is approved and the transaction is successful, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable after purchase.

If for whatever reason, you may not be able to make the event, reach out to us, and we can see about adding you to a future event.

Prices

One (1) - 8ft Table/Booth	$125.00 (+ tax and fees)	Non-refundable	This is for: One (1) 8ft Table If you order 4 or more, we will place the tables in a separate Island for you. Storefront Owners will be placed together in the middle, while other vendors will be placed around the outer walls and in the hallways.
One (1) - 6ft Table/Booth	$100.00 (+ tax and fees)	Non-refundable	This option provides one (1) table/booth at the event. These tables will be strategically positioned along the outer walls of the ballroom, as well as in the hallway just outside the ballroom, offering optimal visibility and foot traffic for your table.
