Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for NerdVana Expo!

This application will have different questions depending on if you’re an artist/craft, a reseller, and or a storefront owner.

Please take the time to read through it fully and reach out with any questions you may have.

If your application doesn’t get approved, it will be placed on a waitlist. As we would love to accept everybody, it’s not humanly possible, unfortunately. We will keep up with who all has applied and reach back out so we can keep rotating vendors to make things fresh for future events.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the tables and extra options, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

If your application is approved and the transaction is successful, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable after purchase.

If for whatever reason, you may not be able to make the event, reach out to us, and we can see about adding you to a future event.

Prices

One (1) - 8ft Table/Booth	$150.00 (+ tax and fees)	Non-refundable	This purchase is for One (1) 8ft Table at NerdVana Expo in April 12-13th. $75 for One (1) table per day. If you need more than one table, please select the other options available if there is spaces left. This purchase is non-refundable.
Two (2) - 8ft Tables	$250.00 (+ tax and fees)	Non-refundable	$125 per table for the weekend. $62.50 per table, per day. This purchase is to reserve Two (2) 8ft Tables for NerdVana Expo on April 12-13th. If you only need one (1) table or more tables, please select the other options if they’re still available. This purchase is non-refundable.
Three (3) - 8ft Tables	$350.00 (+ tax and fees)	Non-refundable	$116 per table for the weekend. $58 per table, per day. This purchase is to reserve Three (3) 8ft Tables for NerdVana Expo on April 12-13th. This is the max number of tables for one vendor. If you need more than three, please reach out to see if we can accommodate. This purchase is non-refundable.
