About the event

Welcome to FlowJam Festival! We are a 4-day Healing Arts Festival established in 2014. Eleven years later & growing, we're now in Rixeyville, Virginia on a 55 acre property with a variety of trees a lake and a pond, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. June 5-8th we're bringing together over 30 musical acts & workshop facilitators, visual & performing artists and quality vendors serving up delicious food, drinks & even healing services & artisan crafts! Terms & Conditions

This is a rain or shine event. Product & Service Vendor passes include:

Three Adult weekend passes including Onsite Camping in Vending Area
One regular car parking pass *Parking near your vending set up available as an add-on below

Please choose the space right for you and fill our the application below so that we can know more about you and your business.

Note: Upon approval a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to save your spot. Final payment due within 30 days deposit. 50% refundable if canceled within 60 days before the event.

10X10 Space	$350.00	Non-refundable	This price includes a 10X10 space, 3 Adult Weekend Passes for our 4-day event and one regular parking pass. *Does not include electricity
10x20 Space	$400.00	Non-refundable	This price includes a 10X20 space, 3 Adult Weekend Passes for our 4-day event and one regular parking pass. *Does not include electricity
Park Next to Your Vending Set Up	$50.00	Non-refundable	This includes one parking pass to park next to your vending set up within the confines of the vendor assigned spaces
Extra Weekend Regular Parking Pass	$30.00	Non-refundable	Price includes one regular weekend parking pass *Add this option if you need more than one parking pass that comes with your 10x10 or 10x20 space
RV Or Tear Drop Parking (RV PARKING AREA ONLY)	$100.00	Non-refundable	Price includes one reserved space in our RV Parking area *Staff Parking, not for Vendor Set up
