This is an electronic agreement and by selecting your space, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Welcome to FlowJam Festival! We are a 4-day Healing Arts Festival established in 2014. Eleven years later & growing, we're now in Rixeyville, Virginia on a 55 acre property with a variety of trees a lake and a pond, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. June 5-8th we're bringing together over 30 musical acts & workshop facilitators, visual & performing artists and quality vendors serving up delicious food, drinks & even healing services & artisan crafts! Terms & Conditions

4-Day Food & Beverage Vendor passes Includes:

5 Adult weekend passes + 4 Day Vending *Must be available to vend all 4 days!
Over-night Camping in Vendor Camping
Two regular car parking passes
One VEHICLE PASS TO PARK AT FOOD & BEVERAGE SITE.

Please choose the space right for you! And fill our the application below so that we can know more about what you're serving to our community. You will be required to show proof of certificate to serve in Culpeper County within 60 days of the event. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to serve food at the event and you will not receive a refund.

Note, upon approval a 50% deposit is required to save your spot, remaining balance due within 30 days of acceptance. A portion of your monies will be returned after the event if you show up and follow the contract agreement.

No refunds for cancellations acceptance & payment is made.

Prices

Food Truck or Trailers Up to 23 ft ($250 Refundable deposit)	$750.00		Food & Beverage Truck Vendor spaces come with 5 weekend passes including 4 Day Vending & Camping and two regular car parking passes + ONE VEHICLE PASS TO PARK AT FOOD & BEVERAGE SITE. The $750 price includes a $250 refundable deposit that will be provided back to the payment on file when they show up and follow the event rules & guidelines. This space does not include electricity though if you need it, you can include this in your application as a special request. Total Non-Refundable investment: $500 $375 (50% deposit) Required to save your spot (*Price Includes $250 Refundable deposit returned when you show up and fulfill contract)
Beverage Cart *10x10 Space (Price includes $50 Refundable Deposit)	$400.00	Non-refundable	Choose this option if you are ONLY serving Non-Alcoholic Beverages *coffee, tea, mocktails and have a Cart or 10x10 Space. This pass comes with 4 weekend passes including 4 Day Vending & Camping and two regular car parking passes + ONE VEHICLE PASS TO PARK AT BEVERAGE SITE. The $400 price includes a $50 refundable deposit that will be returned to the payment on file when they show up and follow the event rules & guidelines. This space does not include electricity though if you need it, you can include this in your application as a special request & add it to your application form here. Total Non-Refundable investment: $350 $200 (50% deposit) Required to save your spot
Electrical Outlet	$60.00	Non-refundable	If you are not equipped with your own power, we have a limited number of outlets provided for Food & Beverage vendors only.
Generator	$100.00	Non-refundable	The venue has generators to use if you do not have a power source or way to run your food or beverage operation. You will need to purchase your own gas.
Food & Beverage 10X 20 Space or 20X 20 (*Price includes $150 Refundable Deposit)	$650.00		Select this option if you have a space that is 10X20 or 20X20 Food & Beverage space and it's a pop-up, not a Food Truck or Trailer $325 (50% Deposit) required upon approval to save your space
