Vendor Application

Spotlight your business in front of hundreds of engaged women across the Gulf Coast area! Girls' Night Out is an evening out for women and their friends to relax, enjoy live music, indulge in delicious food, support a great cause, and most importantly, shop til' they drop! 

Entertainment for the evening will include a Fashion Show supporting our local boutiques, if you are a boutique interested in participating, please let us know in the application. We are also looking into more "in-crowd" entertainment to really give our attendees a wonderful and engaging experience.

With the same goal of attendee engagement, we want to make sure that engagement is directed towards our vendors as well. We will be implementing a "Vendor Passport" system where attendees will have the option to have their "passports" filled by each vendor which will in turn give them an entry into winning a grand prize!

Vendors may choose to contribute to the VIP Swag Bags that come with the available upgraded VIP Admission. By contributing a gift, sample, promotion, offer, swag, etc., you are putting your brand directly in the hands of 75 attendees, which is wonderful for your business' exposure. 

Vendors have the option to donate an item for the raffle that will be hosted to benefit a local nonprofit or organization that upholds a great cause here in Baldwin County. 

Vendor spaces are limited and Bay Area Events works hard to limit vendor competition. We want each vendor to succeed and for our attendees to have a diverse selection of vendors to interact with. 

Your application will be reviewed upon submission and the first round of approvals will be sent out no later than 1/15/25. You will either be notified of approval, being placed on the waiting list, or denial.

1) This event will be held inside and outside. 

2) Payments are non-refundable for any reason. Payments are non-transferable for any reason. Event is subject to change date, time, and location due to any reason including, but not limited to, mandates set by the city, county, state, or federal government or an act of God. Payment must be received to hold vendor space. Spots will be secured on a first-pay basis. 

3) Bay Area Events AL LLC will not be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bay Area Events AL LLC and its volunteers or agents from any claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries, or losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with this event.

4) Special requests will try to be accommodated and extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable.

5) The vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations on health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits. Baldwin County requires an active business license from vendors selling items in Baldwin County. The City of Daphne requires an active business license to conduct business in Daphne, Alabama. 

6) The vendor is responsible for any damage they or their products or supplies cause to the venue during this event.

7) Vendors can only display one type of goods or services per event unless otherwise approved (i.e. if you have a space for It Works you can’t have handmade items at your table as well.)

8) Vendors are prohibited from serving alcohol at this event. 

9) Vendors may offer samples at their table including food and drink.

10) Vendors are not permitted to begin set-up until they have checked in with Bay Area Events AL LLC and received their booth assignment. Check-ins will not begin until the start time specified by Bay Area Events AL LLC.

11) Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to deny any business and or individual, from participating as a vendor at any event Bay Area Events AL LLC hosts. 

12) Vendors are required to have their booths dressed appropriately including having table cloths draped to the floor. Spandex tablecloths are acceptable as long as the legs of the table are not visible.

13) Vendors, employees, and anyone on premises for this event must be at least 18 years old.

14) Failure to communicate effectively with Bay Area Events, failure to complete agreement form, failure to make vendor fee payment, cancellation the week of the event and no-showing will lead to potential rejection of future event applications.

15) Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments, modifications, additions, and deletions shall become effective upon notice thereof, which may be provided to you by posting within the approved vendors group, via e-mail or any other means.
