BBQ Competition Application

Welcome to the Bigfoot BBQ & Brews BBQ Competition Application!  
The Bigfoot BBQ & Brews BBQ Competition Application is for teams entering the BBQ contest.

Prior to filling out this application, please make sure you have an updated Itinerant Merchant Permit. You can apply for an Itinerant Merchant Permit at dallasor.gov/forms. Applicants must provide details about their team, cooking style, and equipment needs. Additional documents, such as permits and insurance, may be required for participation.

All vendors must complete an application form and submit any required documentation. Acceptance is at the discretion of the event organizers, and vendors will be notified of their status via email.

Vendors are required to pay the booth fee of $195 upon application approval. 

Payments can be made via card or check. 

Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and equipment. Vendors may select their booth location from the Vendor Map attached to the application, and booth assignments will be confirmed upon approval of the vendor application.

Vendors may set up their booths on 9AM September 27, 2025. All vendors must be ready for operation by 11AM September 27th, 2025. Breakdown must occur after the event concludes, by 10PM September 28th, 2025.

Vendors agree to protect and not hold the event organizers or their affiliates responsible for any claims, damages, or issues that arise from their participation in the event.

The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes.
