Contest Rules

Entry Limit: One tree per local business/group.
Entry Form Submission: Required by December 2, 2024
Decoration Requirements:
It must be festive and family-friendly.
Decorations should hang on the tree without external support.
No electric parts other than the provided lights.
Identification Sign: Each tree must have a sign displaying the Business/organization’s name.
Set-Up Time: The trees will be in place at City Hall by December 5th, and decorating needs to be completed on December 5th between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The trees will be on display during Hometown Holidays on December 6, 2024.
Conditions: Trees will be inside next to Santa

About the event

Open to Businesses, organizations, non-profits, and service clubs. Each group will be provided a 4 ft tree (artificial) with a stand. The Community Engagement and Mansfield EDC depts. We will have essential basic decorations, but your group is encouraged to bring your unique decorations and theme, go all out, and make your tree STAND OUT and win! Trees will be displayed during the Hometown Holiday event, and electricity will be provided for the lights. Showcase your Business and Network with other organizations.

Terms & Conditions

Judging and Donations:
Voting: Attendees will vote by placing donations in boxes by their favorite trees. All donations go to the Mansfield Commission for the Arts Cultural Incubator Program.
Winner Announcement: At Hometown Holidays, the top three trees with the most donations will be announced, featured on social media, and notified by phone, text, or email.
Trees will be distributed to Mansfield Families through the Neighborhood SVC dept.
