Celebrate Lunar Festival: Banner Placement Terms & Conditions

TWO DAY VISIBILITY: 

1. Banner Specifications:

• Banner size: 8ft x 3ft (provided by business)
• Content: Must comply with festival content guidelines (no offensive, discriminatory, or politically charged material).

2. Placement and Visibility:

• Banner will be placed in the designated high-traffic area near the VIP section and children's carnival area.
• Exact location within the designated area may be subject to change for operational reasons, but guaranteed visibility remains the same.
• Sponsor acknowledges that placement is non-exclusive and other banners may be present within the festival.

3. Fox News LIVE Integration:

• Banner will be included in shots and background footage captured by Fox News LIVE during their festival coverage.
• Sponsor branding in broadcast footage is not guaranteed due to potential editing needs, but best efforts will be made to maximize exposure.

4. Payment and Cancellation:

• Banner placement fee: $110
• Payment due: 12/15/2024
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 1/1/2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 1/1/2025 will incur a 50% fee.

5. Additional Provisions:

• Sponsor is responsible for providing a print-ready banner or design file according to specifications.
• Festival reserves the right to reject any banner deemed inappropriate or not aligning with festival values.
• Festival will provide installation and removal of the banner.
• Sponsor is responsible for any damage or loss of the banner during the festival.
• By participating, sponsor agrees to allow the festival to use sponsor logo and branding for promotional purposes. 

6. Insurance:

• Sponsor is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for their banner.
  
  7. Disclaimer:

• The Celebrate Lunar Festival and its organizers are not responsible for any loss of business or other damages incurred by the sponsor due to banner placement or festival participation.
  
  PLEASE bring your banner by 8:30am day of and pick up by 7:00pm on Sunday, January 19th, 2025 at Luminary Green Park. Thank you.
