All food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, tents, and water supply. Everything must be removed from event grounds immediately at the conclusion of the event, this includes trash.  If your set up requires special electrical setup: i.e. certain outlet types, you will be responsible.  You must obtain a certificate of insurance and have it made out to South Riding Proprietary 43055 Center Street, South Riding, VA  20152. See template for reference. All vendors must obtain a temporary event food permit from the Loudoun County Health Department.  Set up must be completed 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. The event starts at 12:00 PM. No refunds will be given for ANY reason.
