Terrms and Conditions for the "You Got Dreams Talent Show"

1. Eligibility
The "You Got Dreams Talent Show" is open to participants aged 18 years or younger as of the date of the event.
Participants must reside in the North Atlanta area.
All entries must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration
A completed and signed registration form, including consent from a parent or legal guardian, must be submitted prior to the deadline.
3. Parental Consent
By registering, parents or legal guardians agree to allow their child to participate in the talent show.
Parents or legal guardians consent to the child being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the event. These images and recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.
4. Performance Guidelines
All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Any act deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.
Each performance must not exceed the allotted time limit (to be specified by the organizers).
Participants are responsible for bringing their own props, instruments, and any other necessary equipment.
5. Judging and Prizes
The winner of the talent show will be chosen by a panel of judges based on criteria such as originality, creativity, and overall talent.
The decision of the judges is final and not subject to appeal.
The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants, parents, and guests are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior towards others.
Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions from event staff may result in disqualification and removal from the venue.
7. Liability and Safety
By signing up, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they are assuming all risks associated with their child’s participation in the talent show.
The organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
8. Cancellations and Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at any time without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the talent show.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Agreement
By completing the registration process, participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification.
