ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund. Once booth spaces are assigned, there will be no refunds.
We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will appeal to a wide variety of audiences, so we are limiting the number of different categories of items to 3.
Example categories are:
HOME DECOR CATEGORY,
BEADWORK AND JEWELRY MAKING CATEGORY
WOOD CATEGORY
FUN DECORATIVE CATEGORY
MISC CATEGORY- Please describe!
Your application will be rejected with an explanation, and you will have the opportunity to resubmit and limit your categories to 3.
We will allow multiple items sold from the same category
Such as:
Handcrafted wood items, ornaments, dice towers caddies, cutting boards, rolling pins. WOOD CATEGORY
Crochet kitchen towels, tops, dishcloths, trivets, dish scrubbies, wood signs and wood decor.
WOOD CATEGORY
TEXTILE CATEGORY
This selective process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.
The application will ask you to make sure that all items in your booth are handmade by you.

Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes. Booth shots are not necessary.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step by step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs AND weights.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No smoking of any kind in or around your booth.
No sales are permitted outside your space. No selling in the aisles.

FLORAL HALL ONLY! Friday, April 18th 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm (email info@artsparkproductions.com if you need a later time.)
FLORAL HALL & GROUNDS Saturday, April 19th any time before
7:00 - 9:45 am
Show will opens10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm!
No music allowed except approved by show management.
There is limited electric service. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, it is on a first come first serve basis.
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
