About the application

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at Toad Suck Daze! More than 100,000 people attend the festival each year and look forward to browsing over 100 vendor booth spaces.

The festival's Toad Market consist of booths selling both handmade and commercial products. It is a juried show, and the selection committee limits the number of specific items/categories. All applications must have a product for sale onsite. Booths that specialize sales of future services or mailed products will not be accepted.

Booth space is $475 for vendors selling commercial or mixed products and $375 for vendors selling all homemade items. Booth spaces are 10 ft X 10 ft, vendors needing additional space need to purchase additional booths. Electricity is $50. Toad Suck Daze does not allow for trailer or vehicle parking at booth space and there is no provided parking for vendors.

Toad Suck Daze is an outdoor festival and does continue rain or shine. Vendors must furnish their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. Toad Suck Daze only supplies space at the festival.

Festival vendor booth hours are:

Friday, May 2 - 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (festival opens at 12:00 pm, and booth may open as soon as set-up, but are not required to open until 3:00 pm. Booths may stay open until 10:00 pm when festival shuts down)

Saturday, May 3 - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (booths may stay open until 10:00 pm when festival shuts down)

Sunday, May 4 - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Festival set-up will take place on Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

About the event

Each year during the first weekend in May, people gather in the streets of downtown Conway for Toad Suck Daze. The free-admission, family festival has something for all ages: local and national musical entertainment, retail vendors and arts and crafts booths, carnival rides, children’s activities, and of course, the World Championship Toad Races starring our amphibious friends.

Terms & Conditions

Application does not guarantee booth space at the festival. No applications will be reviewed before the early bird deadline on March 7. By filling out the application vendors agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by Toad Suck Daze and contained in the document entitled Terms & Conditions below.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Toad Suck Daze, Inc. and Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and any of their representatives or sponsors against any loss, cost, injury, claim, damage or charge made by any individual or entity against Vendor, Toad Suck Daze, Inc. or Conway Area Chamber of Commerce arising from Vendor’s performance under this agreement or its participation in the Toad Suck Daze festival.

Handmade Product Early Bird Booth Space	$350.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Multiple booth spaces are allowable. No booth will be more than 10 feet deep. (ex. 10X10, 10X20, 10X30) If selling mixed commercial and handmade products, 75% of products must be handmade to qualify for this pricing.

Please provide an accurate representation of product(s) for sale. We do not need a photo of each individual product; we do want a photo of each category of product. Items not pictured cannot be sold at the festival. If applying for a handmade booth, vendors must submit image of themselves creating the products.

Blue booths show concession vendor locations. Booths shown are equal to the sizes of 2024 vendors. Yellow, Green, Orange, and Purple booths are for retail vendors and sponsors booths.The colors distinguish different roads within the festival. Booth spaces are 10X10. Booth subject to change.
