Event Overview
The Weekly Pop-Up at Asili Beauty and Wellness ("Event") provides vendors the opportunity to sell products and services in a supportive retail environment. By participating in the Event, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Details
Event Days: Friday, Saturday, Monday through Thursday, different time for Sunday
Start Time: 12:00 PM
End Time: 7:00 PM
Event Day/Time: Sunday 11am - 5pm
Set-Up: Starts at 9:00 AM on Friday
Breakdown: No later than 8:00 PM on Thursday
Fees and Payment
Fee: The weekly fee for participation is $300.
Payment Terms: The full fee is due in advance and must be received by Asili Beauty and Wellness prior to the start of the Event.
Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances preventing attendance or sales outcomes.
Set-Up and Breakdown
Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 AM on Friday. All displays must be ready by 12:00 PM for the start of the Event.
Breakdown Time: Vendors must complete their breakdown by 8:00 PM on Thursday. Late breakdowns may incur additional fees and/or exclusion from future events.
- Pop-Up hours are based on normal store hours.
- Signage is permitted for shelves and table tops only. No tablecloths are allowed.
- Fixtures will be provided to fit the aesthetic of the store.
Vendor Requirements and Responsibilities
Product/Service Quality: All products and services must align with Asili Beauty and Wellness standards. Items deemed inappropriate or offensive may be removed from the Event.
Display and Space Use: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, professional display area. Vendors must stay within their assigned spaces and keep walkways clear.
Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential claims arising from their participation.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including any health and safety guidelines in place.
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by Asili Beauty and Wellness: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), Asili Beauty and Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. No refunds will be issued, but vendors may be offered a credit for a future event.
Termination for Breach: Any vendor who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be asked to leave without a refund and may be prohibited from participating in future events.
Indemnity and Liability
Vendor Liability: Vendors shall be solely responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of their products, equipment, or other property. Asili Beauty and Wellness is not liable for any loss or damage.
Indemnity: Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asili Beauty and Wellness, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from their participation in the Event.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment for the Event, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
