- I have READ & AGREE to the 2025 Easter Eggstravaganza Vendor Criteria, Selection, and Terms & Conditions document.
- I understand and will comply with the following: 1. Supply a hands on Arts & Crafts project at booth for a minimum of 500 children. Vendor is responsible for prep, purchase, and implementation of activity for the duration of the event. Please note - there is no access to electricity or water. 2. The craft project must be able to be completed at the event and taken home by participant. 3. All equipment (tents, tables, chairs) must be brought and set up by the vendor. 4. Activity booth may market their non-profit, community groups, and/or business but the Arts & Craft project shall be the forefront of the booth. 5. No sales are allowed.
