Terms & Conditions

The Vendor Application is only for the day of the event and is a 10x10 booth space. We do not provide tables or chair but do offer electrical and tent rentals though we have a limited amount. Application, Payment and Business description must be received by Feb 21 to be listed in the April South Riding Magazine. Registration closes when spaces sell out. It is VERY limited. Payment will not be applied until application is approved.

Mosaic Booth Space	$125.00	Non-refundable
STUDENT PRICE	$60.00	Non-refundable	This pricing is for local students only. Please type in the school you attend in the questions section to be approved for this price point.
Electrical Outlet	$75.00	Non-refundable	This is for access to a power outlet which we will run off generators. Due to this, your location will have to be near our sources of power which tend to be the outer edges of the event space.
Tent	SOLD OUT	Non-refundable	For a single tent rental of a 10x10 tent. The tent is Navy Blue.
