The Celebration Bowl is scheduled to take place in Atlanta, GA at Mercedes Benz Stadium on Saturday, December 14, 2024, with kick-off at noon ET.

 

Join us for an unforgettable HBCU Football Fan Experience, where tradition, culture, and excitement come together to create an atmosphere like no other!

FOOD TRUCKS MUST BE SHOW-READY BY 8 A.M. ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT!  NO EXCEPTIONS!   The Fan Experience will take place at Georgia International Plaza, 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
 
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your space. Your supplied form of payment will be charged upon approval of your application. All applications will be subject to a 3% transaction fee and local taxes. Remember, no refunds will be provided.    RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS: Electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application are binding as if they were original signatures. You, the customer, hereby authorize ACLIPSE Marketing as your irrevocable agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for the customer’s credit or bank card for all amounts due to ACLIPSE Marketing by renter under this application, including cleaning charges, repair charges for damage to the property or equipment, and the full replacement cost of the rented property if lost, stolen or damaged.    RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT, OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES
Upon vacating the space, vendors will ensure that such space shall be free of any trash or refuse with such being placed in its appropriate containers. No debris should be left inside your rented space. All food-related items including boxes, wrapping paper, cellophane, food containers, etc. should be removed and placed in the appropriate garbage receptacle.   CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) All trucks are required to have an active COI on the day of the event. If your COI cannot be verified, you will not be permitted to participate and there will be no refund of any type.    Please find below the parties that need to be listed on the Certificate of Insurance as certificate holders:  

• The State of Georgia (including the State Tort Claims Fund and other State-established Liability Funds), the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and their respective officers and employees.
• Atlanta Falcons Stadium Company: 1 AMB Drive NW, Atlanta, GA, 30313

GROUND COVERING REQUIREMENTS All food trucks will be required to have some type of ground covering under their truck during the entire event.    SIGNAGE Please have a sign visible to patrons that advises NO FOOD IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE STADIUM.   Note: Number of attendees is predicated on the weather.
