By submitting your application to participate in the BMK 2025 Autumn Craft Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application and Selection Process
- All applications are subject to review and approval by Boss Mama Kreations Management Team.
- Acceptance is based on the uniqueness and quality of products.
- Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status after application review date mentioned.
2. Vendor Fees and Payments
- Any vendor who applies must provide valid payment information. If payment is declined after 2 attempts, the vendor will be placed in the waitlist and/or deny participation in the event.
- All vendor fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show unless deemed necessary by Boss Mama Kreations.
- Vendor understands that there will NOT be a refund for the event if unable to attend.
- Payment of vendor fees is required upon acceptance to secure your booth space.
3. Event Participation
- This event is outdoor, rain, cold, or shine. We encourage all participants to wear weather appropraite clothing.
- Vendor understands that flea market, yard sales, or rummage sale items are not allowed; video games, DVD's, trading cards, CD's, used clothing of any kind, or other items of such are not permitted.
- Vendors must comply with all setup and breakdown schedules as specified.
- Booths must remain operational and open to customers throughout the event hours on both days.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment for their booth, including tables, chairs, displays, and tablecloths. White canopy tents are mandatory for all booths to maintain a uniform look throughout the event and 10X10 straight leg tent is required. 40lbs of weight per leg, totally 160lbs per booth. Four-sided floor-length fabric tablecloths are required.
4. Health and Safety
- All food vendors must provide a valid health permit and comply with local food safety regulations.
- Vendors must follow all health and safety guidelines as directed by event staff, including any COVID-19 related protocols if applicable.
5. Conduct and Compliance
- Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
- Vendors must adhere to all event guidelines and regulations as outlined.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Vendors participate in the event at their own risk. The event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event.
- Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential risks.
7. Use of Space
- Vendors must maintain a clean and orderly booth space throughout the event.
- No stakes are allowed for securing tents; suitable weights must be used instead to prevent any damages to the ground.
- All trash must be removed from the booth area before departure. Failure to comply will result in not being invited to another event hosted by Boss Mama Kreations.
8. Marketing and Promotion
- By participating in the event, vendors consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by event organizers for promotional purposes.
- Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event through social media and other marketing channels.
9. Vendor agrees to release Boss Mama Kreations from any liability or loss during the event.
10. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Boss Mama Kreations nor any and all parties associated shall not be held responsible for any shortfall in vendor's sales and/or qquota. Boss Mama Kreations does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the level of sales or achievement of quota for the
vendor.
11.This is a family friendly event, all presentations must be tasteful and positive. Boss Mama Kreations reserves the right to request any vendor displaying inappropriate material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.
12. Refunds will not be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the organizers have no control, and the risk of loss from such an event shall be borne by the vendor. This event does not have a rain date.
13. Amendments
- The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
This is an electronic agreement, by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically and by submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
