Festival of Trees Food Vendor Application

$50.00 per space for food and business vendors (Additional vendors will be placed on a waitlist)

**All fees are non-refundable**
ALL VENDORS MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF THEIR CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE ($2,000,000 MINIMUM) AND A CITY OF MURRIETA BUSINESS LICENSE OR TEMPORARY VENDOR'S PERMIT. 
PRE-PACKAGED & NON-FOOD VENDORS MUST UPLOAD A CURRENT SELLERS PERMIT.
 
If you live in, or your business is based in the city of Murrieta, a current Murrieta business license is required. If you do not live in, or your business is not based in the city of Murrieta, a Temporary Vendor's Permit from the City of Murrieta for the event is required. Questions about business licensing should be directed to the appropriate city Business Licensing department. The city of Murrieta Business Licensing application and information can be found on their website Business Licenses | Murrieta, CA (murrietaca.gov). 

Trees will be sold and donated to different charity groups after the event.

City of Murrieta reserves the right to deny the vendor’s request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received. 
The undersigned acknowledges that each vendor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table and lighting other supplies needed.  No vehicles permitted to park next to or by their vendor booth. Vendors may unload at their booth and then move.The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Murrieta, its representatives, agents, officers and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to the participation in the event.The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO WATER and ELECTRICAL HOOK UP AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. All vendors must be completely set-up by 4:30 p.m. and are asked not to break down their displays until 8:00 p.m. It is the vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
