• Upload a signed copy of the 2024 Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• By my submitting this registration, I agree to abide by the rules and policies as outlined in the 2025 Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct and to advise those persons working with me during this event of the same.
• North Dakota Sales and Use Tax Permit
• Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 coverage)
• E-permit
• I understand that if I do not have the above three requirements completed and submitted by May 9th, 2025 I forfeit my spot in the Downtown Fargo Street Fair and will automatically be moved to the waitlist.
• I understand that should I be accepted into the Downtown Fargo Street Fair that I will need to have any state or local permits/licenses required to sell outside of my establishment no later than May 10th, 2024. I understand that it is my responsibility to know what these permits/licenses are and to be prepared to submit them during the registration process.
• I have read and agree to the Load-in Policy as outlined below.

• I/We, agree to abide by the decision of the panel of jurors as to the acceptability of my/our application and understand the charging of the application fee does NOT guarantee a booth at the Downtown Fargo Street Fair. I understand my application fee is NOT refundable.
• Booth Details. I will be using a:
• I understand alcohol vendors can only choose one of two sizes, 10'x10' or 10'x20'. I agree to contain my unit within the set boundaries.
• Limited electricity may be available (fee: $525) depending on placement. Please indicate your electricity needs, but be prepared to provide your own generator.
• I understand ice will not be provided and I will need to source my own ice if needed.
