NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds for the vending as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent, and event costs in advance. As soon as a vendor is accepted, WORK BEGINS on our part, organizing and preparing, creating social media, and more.

WEATHER:
This is an outdoor event and subject to weather conditions, it is your responsibility to be prepared. This is a rain-or-shine event. In some cases if rain and wind conditions are forecast to be extreme, the event will ba canceled in advance.
As always be prepared for anything, sun, rain, and wind can always be a factor outdoors.
Weights for your canopy, ALWAYS.
If you are not using a canopy, make sure you have planned out how to set up your display not to be blown away, and to be sheltered from the sun or rain if they are a factor.
SPOT REQUESTS:
Vendor spot requests are first-come, first-served. If you do not have a spot preference, one will be assigned to you. Please note, that vendor spot preferences will be highly considered but can't be guaranteed. SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 8AM - 10AM. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by market open (10 AM). Any vendors that arrive after market open, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (4PM). Breaking down early requires permission from event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.
FOOD VENDORS:
Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations.
MARKET VALUES:
An all-inclusive community for all to come together in this festive celebration of the arts. Hate is never tolerated.
