As a vendor participating in the Phreedom to Break Through: Serenity Summit, I agree to the following guidelines and terms:

1. Respect and Professionalism:

   • I will respect all event organizers, fellow vendors, and their businesses.
   • I will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the event to contribute positively to the atmosphere of peace and community.

2. Space Maintenance:

   • I will leave my assigned vendor space as clean or cleaner than it was before my use.
   • I understand that I am responsible for the setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of my space during the event.

3. Use of Media:

   • I understand that Phreedom Healing and their affiliates reserve all rights to any photos, videos, and audio recordings obtained during the event.
   • I agree that these materials may be used at their discretion for promotional, advertising, sponsorship, and other purposes related to Phreedom Healing at any time, without compensation.

4. Liability and Responsibility:

   • I acknowledge that Phreedom Healing and their affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my merchandise or property during the event.
   • I understand that Phreedom Healing will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by me or my staff during the event.

5. Compliance with Event Rules:

   • I agree to comply with all event rules, setup times, and guidelines provided by Phreedom Healing.
   • I understand that failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.

By registering as a vendor, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
