We're excited to have you join us at our upcoming market. To ensure everyone gets a chance to participate, we kindly ask that all vendor tent spaces be confirmed 4 days prior to the market date. Don't worry if you're a bit late to the game – if your approval comes within 5 days of the market, you'll be charged upon approval.
Considering becoming a permanent vendor? Awesome! You'll still only be charged for one market date at a time, with payment due 5 days before each market day.
While we can't offer refunds on vendor space rentals, we totally understand if plans change. Just give us a heads up at least 48 hours before the market date, and we'll happily transfer your spot to a future date. It's all about making sure everyone has a chance to shine. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Please unload in the designated Market Parking lot, then move your vehicle to the vendor parking area to allow space for customer parking. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own 10x10 tent and tables.
All tents must be weighted (we would prefer you do not use stakes, please). For the safety of guests and other vendors, those who do not provide tent weights will not be permitted to set up their tent regardless of weather conditions.
Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and cash transactions. Propagate Social House will not provide vendors with cash/change for transactions. Please note: vendors are responsible for supplying their own wi-fi hotspot for processing card transactions.
Additional notes:
If the use of a generator is required for your tent, only “Quiet Generators”(below 60 decibels) are permitted. We do not allow the use of the generators over 60 decibels for any reason in an effort to maintain a comfortable evening for other vendors, patrons and our business neighbors. Vendors who are not in compliance with this rule may be asked to remove their generator, move locations or leave the event.
Since the event will extend after sunset, Propagate will provide area lighting for pathways, however, vendors should provide power free lighting for inside their tents. We recommend something like this or this or this.
The event is rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded or credited due to vendor cancellations or inclement weather.
Vendors will be required to supply their own trash cans and remove trash at the end of the event. There is not a dumpster on-site.
