FOOD TRUCK Vendor- SINGLE DAY- SATURDAY $250.00 Non-refundable Thank you for registering with us! Please pay close attention to the details and information about this pricing information below. We want to ensure all registrations are accurate and that vendors have signed up for the correct vending opportunity. Please, please, double check your registration price before submitting. This application payment is for FOOD TRUCKS registering to vend December 7th with the Great Atlanta Tree Lighting. This selected price is for a SINGLE DAY FOOD TRUCK vendor registration for December 7th. SATURDAY SINGLE DAY vending will take place on just that, SATURDAY December 7th. Please change your application if you do not wish to register for ONLY Saturday 12/7. Food trucks will be parked with adequate spacing on the blocked off streets between Elm St. NW and Walnut St. NW along Joseph E. Boone. To ensure approval, please have colorful branding and signage boost to visibility and clientele. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items must be provided by the vendor. This event will begin during the early afternoon and continue into the evening and the sun will go down. Please ensure you have adequate lighting to highlight your items on display. We will have overhead lights, but we strongly suggest having something internal to keep your space well lit. Load in will being 2 hours prior to the event start. Load in and load out information will be provided to all vendors upon approval and will be sent again the day before the event. This application is for FOOD TRUCKS vending for TWO DAYS with the Great Atlanta Tree Lighting. This price is for FOOD TRUCK vendors for both days, Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th at the Great Atlanta Tree Lighting. Please note, if registering for both days, you must participate both days. There will be no refunds if you cannot attend the second day. All Food trucks will be parked with adequate spacing on the blocked off streets between Elm St. NW and Walnut St. NW along Joseph E. Boone. This application payment is for WEEK 1- SINGLE DAY RETAIL space with the Great Atlanta Tree Lighting. This selected price is for a SINGLE DAY RETAIL vendor registration for Saturday, December 7th. SATURDAY SINGLE DAY vending will take place on just that, SATURDAY December 7th. Please change your application if you do not wish to register for ONLY Saturday 12/7. RETAIL (non-food) vendors will be inside one of the three provided 20 x 40 tents that will be decorated with sidewalls. Each tent can hold approximately 20 tables. RETAIL vendors will be provided a single 4x4 table and two chairs that is included in the price. All items will be provided upon on-site check-in at the registration tent. To ensure approval, please have colorful branding and signage boost to visibility and clientele. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items must be provided by the vendor. This event will begin during the early afternoon and continue into the evening and the sun will go down.
