22 Dunwoody Art Festival Artist Invitation

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR THE WAITLIST ONLY. Dunwoody Art Festival celebrates its twelfth year on Mother's Day weekend, May 7 & 8, 2022. You are invited to apply to be a part of this celebration of the arts in the heart of Dunwoody! When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you apply but will be charged within five days after acceptance. Some categories will fill more quickly than others. Corner booths are limited and will be determined at time of acceptance. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, culinary arts (not food vending), digital, fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, paintings, photography, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists will be required to submit their Department of Agriculture certificate. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of application. Jury fees are nonrefundable. The whimsical and entertaining artist market is produced by Splash Festivals on Dunwoody Village Parkway. All booth spaces are range from 13' wide to 16' wide and are 10' deep. Booth fees are $375 for a regular space and $450 for a corner location. Corner booths are limited. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off the regular price. Payment is due within five days of approval. Participation in the online marketplace is included but optional. Please note that additional fees will be charged for online sales during the event equal to approximately 13% of the total transaction. You'll be required to submit photos with this application. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotional purposes of the festival, please let us know in the Special Requests section below. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards will be provided. Tents can be available for an additional fee of $200 without sides. Dunwoody Village Parkway will transform into a whimsical artist market and be a shoppers’ paradise. A lively Food court will feed hungry shoppers in the Dunwoody Village Shopping Center in the area of the new Bar{n} restaurant. Bestowed the trophy for the “Best New Event of 2010” by the Southeast Festivals and Events Association and Sunshine Artist 200 Best 2019 for top artist sales in the country, Dunwoody Art Festival continues to attract the top regional and national artisans. Along with the partnership of the Dunwoody Rotary Club, Dunwoody Art Festival is a must-see!
