If you chose this application,PLEASE ensure that whatever you are selling is handcrafted. If itis not hand made , pease go to our "general" vending application and chose from there. 

Welcome to the event! This year we are jurying in all of our vendors! This gives a unique experience for all of our  guests while enhancing the opportunity for our glorious vendors to be able to make a profit as well.

. For example, If you are chosen and you have 3d printed items ..We will try our best to limit the amount of other sellers with the same item type.Please contact our vendor coordinator directly for detailed info, pricing and more!

Please send us a short description of what you sell and a few pix.

• Your ticket comes with 1 person (you) and a 12x24 space. Your store front , sleeping quarters, vechiles and chill areas must fit in this space. If you need something larger, no biggie! We have space expansions available..

• Set up starts at 8am Thursday morning. Break down is Sunday (must be done by 5pm)

• We do NOT offer power at this time, but w DO allow the WhISPER type generators upon approval.

Category definitions

• Jewelry: Can be crafted out of any material. If you make jewlery from any ofthese other choices , still, please choose jewlery.
• Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. 
• Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable..
• Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
• Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.
• Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
• Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
• Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
• Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
• Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
• Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. .
• Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

• Your ticket is non-refundable.

• Camping is primitive and drinking water is scarce. Potable water may not be close to your camp or available at all, so please, bring your own water. 

• Cell phone service is not guaranteed!

• Be prepared for all sorts of weather ... welcome to the PNW.

• Fire permits can be purchased at Wake & Bake Mobile Coffee House. To obtain a permit, you must have an above ground pit (no digging allowed), 5 gallons of water, and a shovel. Unattended and/or unauthorized fires will be extinguished, and you may be asked to leave faire.DO NOT leave a fire unattended!!!

• COME PREPARED!  If you leave for any reason, you must pay full price to re-enter.

• Help us keep our earth clean & ticket costs down!! PACK IN, PACK OUT (take yo trash with ya!)

• Illegal substances will not be tolerated.

• Attendees MUST wear their wristband at ALL times. Anyone found without a wristband may be asked to either purchase a wristband at full price or to leave the premises, at management's discretion.

• ADA service animals only!! (must be leashed at ALL times) Be prepared to answer the 2 questions permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act. No exceptions!

• No unauthorized generators. Generators must be "quiet" style in order to be approved. 

• No Minors under the age of 18 without accompanying parent/guardian.

• Unscheduled Gate Closures?

            Possible, due to:

            1. Safety Concerns

            2. Security Concerns

            3. Reached Capacity

• If the site fills, the gate will be closed to incoming traffic, regardless of time of day.

• Know that closure is a possibility when planning rides home with people who arrive after you.
