- I agree that I will pay my booth fees upon receipt of my invoice.

- I understand I must have insurance and must upload it to my profile before my first market date.
- I understand my food must be prepared in either a Cottage Kitchen or Commercial Kitchen and will upload my registration and/or license before June 1, 2024
- I understand if I handle food I need to have a Temporary Booth Permit, and will upload it before before your first market date
