1. Saturday, December 7th hosed by the Sedro-Woolley Chamber at the Local Shop
- The event will take place on December 7th, 2024 from 9 am to 6 pm at The Local Shop, 817 Metcalf Street.
- Vendors must be fully set up by 8am and may not tear down before 6pm without prior approval. There will be time Friday evening to set-up.
2. Vendor Fees and Registration
- Vendor fees are $40 and are non-refundable.
- All vendors must complete the registration process by November 30th.
- Space is limited, and registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Vendor Setup and Space
- Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 space.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any other necessary setup materials unless otherwise stated.
- All displays must be contained within the allocated space, and vendors should ensure their booth is safe and accessible.
4. Permits and Licensing
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for their goods or services.
- Food vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.
5. Product Guidelines
- Vendors are encouraged to showcase holiday-themed, gift-worthy, or handcrafted items. .
- No offensive or inappropriate items will be allowed. The event organizers reserve the right to ask vendors to remove items that do not align with the theme or event standards.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Non-Refundable
- The event will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. The event organizers, venue, and sponsors are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
- Vendors agree to hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and sponsors from any damages, injuries, or claims arising from participation in the event.
8. Vendor Conduct
- Vendors are expected to maintain professionalism and treat all attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff with respect.
- Any disputes or issues should be brought to the attention of the event organizers immediately.
9. Parking and Loading/Unloading
- Vendors will receive specific instructions for parking, loading, and unloading zones.
- Please adhere to time slots assigned for loading in and out to ensure smooth operations.
10. Marketing and Promotions
- By participating in the event, vendors grant permission to the event organizers to use photos, names, and images of their booth/products for promotional purposes.
- Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on their own platforms to enhance visibility and attendance.
11. Compliance with Local Laws
- Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, including sales tax collection where applicable.
12. Electricity and Special Requests
- Electricity may be available upon request for an additional fee. Requests must be made during the registration process, and availability is limited.
- Any other special requests must be communicated to the organizers in advance.
