Holiday Craft Fair- Food Vendors

Holiday Craft Fair takes great pride in offering guests to the Rose Center with a wide selection of delicious food all day long. We work hard to ensure vendors meet the highest standards in both health and quality. If you would like to participate in our Holiday Craft Fair, please submit the application form below.

It takes more than Santa's elves to make a merry Christmas. Ring in the Holiday Season with the Holiday Craft Fair at Rose Center Council for the Arts. Join crafters who come from all over the Southeast to display and sell their handcrafted creations to the residents of the Lakeway Area. You'll see all kinds of trinkets and treasures, from necklaces, bracelets, handmade soaps and creams to handmade knives. Rose Center is inviting crafters to exhibit and sell their work at the Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, December 7th. This craft fair will feature handmade gift items and holiday decor. Craft Fair is free and open to the public. NOVEMBER 15th is the DEADLINE for artisans to submit their applications. The booths, arranged inside Prater Hall with classrooms over flow on the first floor, will be on a first come, first served basis. Though not a juried show, only handmade items will be accepted. All work must be original to, and made by, the exhibitor. Applications may also be picked up at Rose Center. To receive one by mail, please call 423-581-4330. TERMS:
Menu: Be sure to upload an itemized list of ALL the food and beverages you plan to sell, with menu prices. To ensure a variety, attempts will be made not to duplicate MAIN menu items. 
Hours of Operation: Saturday, December 7, 9 am to 4 pmSet-Up: Friday, December 6, 10 am- 6 pm (preferred)
Truck/Trailer Fee: $60. You must indicate the exact footage of your truck Max allotted 10'x30' (booth fees online will be charged upon menu and application approval.) Your truck is not included in the measurement. Vehicles need to be moved after "drop off"
Tent Fee: $60 (10'x10') Tent
Booth Size: Please be accurate; the areas will be marked off accordingly. ​
Supplies: Vendors must provide their own garbage cans/bags for disposal of waste accumulated during the preparation of food items. Vendors must provide their own extension cords, tables, chairs, and money change. We request that you please use only biodegradable packaging (no Styrofoam). ​
Vendors are not permitted to advertise or solicit sales except at their own booth.​
Include a copy of your menu items with prices and a picture of your display with this application.
​Insurance: All food vendors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage and name Rose Center Holiday Craft Fair as additional insured. Please submit proof of insurance with this application. 
No refunds for cancellations.​
Electricity: Generators are permitted. The vendor must provide all extension cords, heavy-duty type, please. If requested, ONE 110 outlet per booth (20 amps or 2400 watts) will be supplied. Please check your appliances for exact wattage and let us know how many amps you will need. Extra power may be requested but is limited. Please call first to confirm that we can provide the amount of power you need. Following are the charges for extra power: IF AVAILABLE: Extra 20 amp outlet $10 One 30 amp breaker $30 One 50 amp breaker $50 (these have 3-prong plugs, the vendor must provide an adapter if necessary)
