Taproom Market Application

This application is for small, local, handmade businesses and artists to participate in the monthly Taproom Market at Elysian Brewery, Georgetown.

WHO CAN APPLY:

The Taproom Market is looking for vendors like artists, ceramicists, stationers, home goods, candles, clothing, curated vintage, pet accessories and treats, packaged food items (no food trucks at this one, though, sorry!), sauces and rubs, plants and flowers, jewelry, bath and body products, wellness products, etc. Please no MLMs, resellers, or other non-handmade goods.

APPLY BY DATES:

You must get your application in at least the week prior to the event date you'd like to participate in - the dates listed as the "deadline" are for the next upcoming cutoff.

• Oct 26th Event - Applications CLOSED
• Nov 30th Event - Applications CLOSED - FULL [if you still want to apply for this date, you'll be added to the waitlist]
• Dec 21st Event - Applications CLOSED - FULL [if you still want to apply for this date, you'll be added to the waitlist]
• Jan 25th Event - Applications close Jan 18th
• Feb 22nd Event - Applications close Feb 15th

BOOTH SPACES:

These are 6 ft table spaces. You may only reserve one space. There is a little wiggle room surrounding your 6 ft space or if you want to do a verticle set up rather than a table, that's ok too.

BOOTH FEES:

You will pay for your booth spot at the time of application to hold it for each event date you'd like to participate in. Once the spaces are full, they're full! The only time there may be some rearranging is if we have far too many of one category and need to adjust for variety. You will be notified and your booth fee moved forward (or refunded - case by case) if this happens.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you can no longer participate in a date that you've reserved, you must notify the organizers before applications close [at least 1 week prior] in order to receive a refund or move your booth fee forward to a future date. This will be addressed on a case by case basis. If you can no longer participate in a date you've reserved and it's within the week of the market, please let the organizer know, but you will not receive a refund.

MARKETING:

The business description and photos you provide in this application will be used for marketing, so make it good!

LOCATION LOGISTICS:

This market is in the Elysian Brewery Taproom in Georgetown. Load in and out will be via the taproom parking lot directly outside the entrance. The main entrance has a garage door and is level. There is parking offsite [about 1 long block away, on Elysian property] for you to keep your vehicle for the duration of the event after load in. However, it will fill up quickly. More information will be provided prior to each market with additional load in/out information, booth assignments, marketing, etc.

In this application, you'll be asked to describe your business (remember, we use this information for your marketing, so make it shine!!), provide photos of your products (please upload these cropped to square formatting - 1:1 ratio), and provide some additional business information.

PHOTOS:

Photos should be SQUARE. This is a 1:1 ratio, or 1080x1080 px. This is for use in our marketing platform that requires squares. If you do not crop your photos, I will, and I may not crop them how you'd like!

Photos should also be of your product! Please no personal photos, screenshots, or other non-product photos. They will also be used for marketing, so don't upload them to the application if you wouldn't use them on your instagram or website! Photos should show off the size, style, vibe, function, and design of your products and really highlight what makes them unique to you and your brand!
