Welcome to Sunday Family Funday! Browse through our application and let us know if you any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and County regulations.
The NoMi Village does not allow the sell of soda, water or alcoholic beverages.
Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm
Once load in is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park at the parking lot located at 660 NW 7th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33168.
There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
All tents must be weighted down and secured. No spikes are allowed.
Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.
This is a rain or shine event. All deposites and payments are non-refundable and non-tranferable.

Prices

Food Truck (16 feet max)	$175.00	Non-refundable	By applying to to vend at The Sunday Famiy Fun Day, you are agreeing to all related fees and requirements. Food trucks beyond 16 feet in length may incur additional fees.
10x10 Food Tent	$75.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a products vendor for Sunday Family Funday, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.
10x10 Tent (Product Vendor)	$50.00	Non-refundable	By applying to vend as a products vendor for Sunday Family Funday, you are agreeing to all the related fees and requirements. In addition, you are agreeing that you are an authorized agent and or creator of the products for sale and that they are in compliance with the regulations and laws of the State of Florida.
10x10 Arts & Crafts Vendor	$50.00	Non-refundable
Application Fee	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
