Single 10x10 $350.00 Non-refundable Single booth 10x10. Includes Pipe and drape, skirted table, 2 chairs and 2 vendor badges. Standard inline booth.
Double booth 10x20 $650.00 Non-refundable Double booth space 10x20. Includes pipe and drape, 2 skirted tables, 4 chairs and 4 vendor badges. Standard inline booth.
Single Corner 10x10 $450.00 Non-refundable Single booth on corner (open 2 sides). Includes pipe and drape, 2 skirted tables, 2 chairs and 2 vendor badges.
Double Booth Corner 10x20 $700.00 Non-refundable Double Booth 10x20 located on corner (open 2 sides). Includes pipe and drape, 2 skirted tables, 4 chairs, 4 vendor badges.
Double End Cap Booth 10x20 (2 Corners) $800.00 Non-refundable Double End Cap booth 10x20. Located at end of aisle and open on 3 sides. Includes pipe and drape, 2 skirted tables, 4 vendor badges.
Tattoo/Piercing Booth (10'x15') $650.00 Non-refundable Tattoo and Piercing companies only. Includes table and 2 chairs. Family-friendly event - tattoos limited to arms and legs only and piercing to ears/face only. Table not intended for customers to sit/lay on. Must bring own equipment and supplies. Shop responsible for obtaining necessary permit from Wake County (minimum 30 days before event) and providing CFF a copy of permit and insurance. Sinks will be provided. Health inspection will be scheduled by CFF for Friday 23rd (time TBD). Max 2 artists per booth. Price includes 3 badges. Additional badges available for a fee. Waivers are required by Wake County and should include CFF in the 'hold harmless' verbiage - please email a copy to info@carolinafearfest.com in advance for approval. If booth set up and/or artist does not pass inspection - you will not be able to tattoo and there will be no refunds provided for the booth space.
Authors, Podcasters & Independent Filmmakers (TABLE ONLY) $225.00 Non-refundable Table spaces only (8'x10') includes 6 foot table and 2 chairs. 2 Vendor badges included (additional available for additional price). These spaces are for Podcasters, Authors and Filmmakers only. Larger organizations or retailers will not be accepted for this table type. Smaller space and no pipe & drape. Will be located along a wall, but there will be nothing to hang signage from - everything must be free-standing. These spaces may be held until closer to the event to allow for curating our approvals. DEPOSIT option will not be available for this table type.
Electrical Service Access $50.00 Non-refundable Access to electrical outlet (wall or drop from ceiling). Will not include drop cord needed to reach outlet. Please bring extension cord, surge protectors, etc to serve all needs.
Additional Vendor Badge (Max 2 additional Badges) $35.00 Non-refundable Additional vendor badge for staff and booth helpers. There are 2-4 badges already included in booth rental, depending on size of booth.
